been recorded off the west coast of Oregon within an undersea volcanic

Pakistan, 7.6M. At least 86,000 people killed more than 69,000 injured
and extensive damage in northern Pakistan. The heaviest damage occurred
in the Muzaffarabad area, Kashmir where entire villages were destroyed
and at Uri where 80 percent of the town was destroyed. At least 32,335
buildings collapsed. November-7.0 Japan.

This was the largest earthquake in 40 years and the fourth largest
since 1900. More than 283,000 people were killed and 1,126,900 were
reported displaced. The vibration was so strong there were fluctuations
in various water wells throughout the United States, on the opposite
side of the planet! The quake caused 750 miles of fault line to slip
about 50 feet. One section ruptured 250 miles long and 60 miles wide.
Some sections moved 33 feet laterally and 16 feet vertically along the
fault line. The earthquake also caused some smaller islands southwest
of Sumatra to move southwest up to 66 feet.
